Continuing Education & Professional Development
My continuing education journey builds on three powerful foundations: growing up on an Arabian horse breeding ranch that housed over 100 horses at its peak; working as a handler for my farrier father for more than five years; and becoming a Certified Practitioner in the Masterson Method® of Integrated Equine Performance Bodywork.
That lived experience gave me an intuitive feel for the horse—how they move, respond, and communicate long before pain becomes lameness. The Masterson Method gave me a structured and heart-led framework for working with them professionally. Since then, I’ve pursued one of the most diverse and rigorous CE paths in the field—driven by a desire to know more, so I can help more.
These studies span equine dissection, fascia science, craniosacral therapy, biomechanics, hoof function, saddle fit, light therapy, kinesiology, and more. Many of the names below will be familiar to equine professionals—leaders in veterinary science, equine rehab, bodywork, and movement analysis. I list them intentionally. Their influence helped shape my approach, and these trainings inform every course I now create through the Equine Bodywork Knowledge Network (EBKN) and Know More. Help More. (KMHM).
